Proofing FAQ
1. Proofing
- Once your files are checked and your order is processed, you will be emailed a digital proof by the end of the next business day..
- The order will not go into production until the proof is approved by you. Once you approve your proof, your order cannot be stopped, changed, cancelled or refunded!
- You can view and approve your proof in your Order History.
- Please note that colors in a digital proof are not guaranteed to match the finished product.
- You may make up to 3 revisions for free. Any subsequent revisions will result in a $10 charge per proof.
- You may receive a proof, even if you did not specifically request one, if we feel it is necessary before starting production.
